    Ubicación // Es buena, está en la zona céntrica de la ciudad. Personal // Tratamos con 3 personas: un muchacho joven, un señor mayor y el “manager” el cual sólo hablamos por teléfono. El muchacho bien, el señor mayor casi no hablaba inglés y era más bien un sereno por la noche y el manager bien, háblanos dos veces con el y parece muy duspuesto pero lamentablemente maneja un hotel en malas condiciones, por lo que eso estropea todo.

    One of best location in downtown, amazing city view, exotic high ceiling and 19th century building's big room made me a time travel back into the time when the oriental express was available, very kind staffs, safe escort at the airport, incredible experiences at this price.

    The best service I have ever recieved in a hotel, Hisham, Achmed and Abdul made sure my stay at the hotel was as comfortable as can be. Even when I got a little traveller's sick, they were ready to help overcome it. You truly feel welcome and cared for :)

    The staff was AMAZING! Mr. Youssef, the manager went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. All our requests were met and we were secure in the fact that he will look after us no matter what. Mohammed, of the reception staff was very kind and helpful with our needs. The location was excellent right at the center of Downton Cairo. We were able to walk to Tahrir Square and the National Museum and the Nile River without any problems. And because there were mostly locals around, they went about their own business and over eager taxi drivers were not around.

    The staff was very good and polite. The hotel manager helped us and was also polite (although we did not know him, we talked about everything on the phone and he was okay), the location was very central to everything and we felt safe.

    The staff was great, especially the women hoo was cleaning and making us breakfast etc and it was clean as much as it can be on this standard in Kario. Because there standard is very different from ours. If you like to be in the middle of the city then this is a great location. But I found it too much load and people.
