    The breakfast was adequate with a good selection of both hot and cold food. Unfortunately, the coffee machine was having problems!

    Very close to the airport, will have shuttle bus to pick us up in the airport, very convenient.

    The location was perfect for our overnight stay. We arrived at London Airport late in the evening and had an early morning flight the following day. The staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was very enjoyable.

    My daughter and I were in London for the weekend, visiting family. We were very happy with the choice we made, staying at the Best Western. All amenities were excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our breakfast experience was superb, and the lady running the breakfast room, Judy, was fabulous! Thanks for a lovely weekend. We look forward to booking a Best Western again, especially in London. Cheers, Les Robinson
