    This is fast becoming my favourite place to stay while working in and around London. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love the homely feel of the place, the grounds are amazing can really unwind and enjoy the surrounding nature. Breakfast was 100% Good coffee and the cooked breakfast was delicious.

    The location was beautiful in front of a stream and you felt far removed from the hustle and bustle of modern city life. The breakfast was very good and they had a side table with a toaster so you could have toast and a selection of spreads.

    Location is absolutely beautiful. Warm welcome from owner, made me feel very welcome. Room really cozy, best night sleep I’ve had in a long time :) Breakfast was perfect, great selection. Already looking forward to my next stay :)

We had an attic room which was clean and comfortable.There were tea making facilities and a tv.A nice comfy bed which had towels and toiletries laid out.We had a shared bathroom which overlooks the river colne and was very picturesque.Its very tranquil with no traffic noise .Breakfast was included and it was very good.We really enjoyed our stay

    Surroundings were excellent. Room was not ensuite and uneven floors in attic room is difficut to navigate in dark.
