    Buena ubicación Las vistas desde la habitación, increíbles Las instalaciones viejas, con falta de mantenimiento Nuestra villa tenia el cartel de „se vende“ , no se si el estado de dejadez se debia a eso Por lo demas bien, 7/10

    Beautiful location, exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our tastes, and the villa we stayed at was outstanding. Loved the sustainability and the love and pride that is taken into caring for the lush gardens and grounds. The cooking class with our kids was fun and delicious. Massages were outstanding, oh and the coconut mojitos are out of this world... We will hopefully be back

    Views from the villa, restaurant and pool were all amazing. We could eat breakfast overlooking Mt Agung. The pool area was so pretty and the water slide through the flowering plants was fun and unique. The villas were exceptional with bathrooms in tropical gardens which was a lovely. The free yoga classes at 7.30 each morning were set on a deck over the ocean, so special.

    The Blue Lagoon complex is lovely and the staff are friendly and attended to all our needs. Chaotic on approach for us because of a festival in Padangbai but that is part of the charm! Padangbai is back packer central with trips to Gilli Islands and around the coast only a few hundred metres away. Its is nestled onto a headland but its reasonably accessible and the Blue Lagoon runs complimentary lifts up and down all the time too. So the hotel is in a wonderful location and the whole complex is rather special and offers fine accommodation. Our villa had splendid views across the bay too. The external shower and toilet facilities are good but different!

    Beautiful hotel, great views. Feeling of space - open verandas & places to sit. Pool really good - a successful effort to make the hotel fit in with the environment. Staff were really friendly right from the pick up at the airport to the drop off at the nearby port. Restaurant also good - again with great sea views. And showers outside - seemed odd at first but then so right..

    Sleeping in nature was quiet the experience, Bungalow had all things one need (even a kitchen), Swimming pool was nice, Shuttle service from hotel to beach was excellent, Easy to communicate with Whatsapp, Friendly staff,

    It was a beautiful setting and the “rooms” have large glass doors on two sides which can be opened to let in the breeze. Our villa was a double and set in a courtyard of lush gardens. The shower was outside surrounded by plants and it was so lovely to stand outside in the warmth and shower. The view is magnificent overlooking the bay and Mt Agung. The staff are very friendly and it was very relaxing.

    Excellent environmentally friendly resort. Interesting background with respect to its development and ongoing ideas. Host Tony Gwilliam was extremely interesting to chat to each day. Staff very friendly and helpful. They will help organise excursions for you. Great restaurant healthy food. Breakfast fantastic. Beautiful views from our villa and slept each night with all doors open. Spa was also good value and we enjoyed our luxurious massage.

    We arrived bedraggled after a long flight from London via KL, and were made to feel so welcome by the staff at BL. Our villa had fantastic views across the ocean. It was spacious, clean, and with useful touches - complimentary toiletries, drinking water and towels. The layout of BL was sensitive and cleverly designed. The spa was super - a massage and facial was one of the best I’ve had. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Every meal and drink was spot on - freshly made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return ASAP.?
