    La atención del personal, muy muy confortable y familiar. La comida casera. Las atenciones y limpieza perfectas. Ideal para unas vacaciones familiares.

    Everything was super. Room, sea view, swimming pool, parking, service, breakfast, payment. Owner (its in my mind) was really fine, friendly, smily and ever-asking about or comfortable. I asked about room in higher floor and gluten free bread. We had all, what i asked. We had been here for four dais, and every morning, when he saw me, he brought gluten free bread for me as soon as possible. Swimming pool and hotel area was nice. We had dinner one time. And owner's mother is cooking very good and they replaced my gluten free and vegetarian food and they offered me compensation. Thank you very much :)

    The staff was amazing! Loved everything about them, always there to help you! We had a little problem with the shower but it got fixed as soon as possible! Also got a room upgrade for free which was very nice. Wifi is good, ok size rooms, great view to the sea!

    Everything was so good, especially the family running the hotel. Location is calm and about a 40min bus ride from rethymno. Hotel is close to a beach. Good pool, great bar, drinks and food! Everyone was so friendly and wonderful. If you need help with anything they will assist you. Wonderful and the kindest family in Greece.

    Big and comfortable room, nice sea view. This is family owned hotel and the people are very very nice and helpful. The food is very good, made with fresh ingredients from the family's farm and garden.

    The big difference with other places is the attention of the family that manages the place. They make you feel like part of them. We extended our stay one more day, and we would have stayed even more; But, there were other places on the island that we wanted to know. We would gladly return to the Blue Dream.
