    The receptionists Anna and Sophia were always friendly, efficient and went out of their way to help with information etc. The breakfast was very good with enough choice. The waitress, Rose, brightened up the morning with her friendliness. The room was nice and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was good for our business purpose. Would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

    The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, particularly Ann and Sophie on the Front Desk who were provocative in their help. They absolutely went above and beyond what was expected. I have rarely experienced this level of care and attention from hotel staff around the world.

    Very nice luxury hotel in nice location. Short taxi ride from old town. The best was the staff who were always smiling and helpful. Especially Sophia, Anna and cleaning staff. I can really recommend.

    The receptionists were outstanding! They helped me book a minivan and went well out their way to make sure I arrive safely. The Hotel is very clean and new. From the restaurant, where breakfast is served, you have a very nice panorama view of the city. The area around the hotel is busy and has plenty of good street food. Here you can see how Hanoians live.

    The hotel is located outside of the Old Town where most tourists stay. It gives you a chance to see another side of Hanoi. It was very warm and humid when we were there so we took taxis into town, but on nicer days you could walk. The hotel offers excellent value for exceptional rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful.

    The reception staff understood english which is a bonus in Vietnam. They are really friendly and will help where they can. The cleaners were really nice too always smiling and friendly. The breakfast was lovely! Options to choose from and prepared really well!

    He de decir que elegimos habitación familiar, mirando foto puedo adivinar que hay baño más grande + Bañera hidromasaje increíble, espacio suficiente para dos personas + cama muy cómoda y grande + todo en la habitación es nuevo + espacio más que suficiente + totalmente limpio + buena insonorización + ventana grande, vista limpia, suficiente luz solar + nevera + café, té, bebidas, noodles y snacks a precios normales
