    Service personell at the reception was amazing. Price-performance was also above Thai-average (12€ per night for Double Standard room, 2 people, for Songkran). Next to the Hotel is a night Market, where you can get some good and cheap food. On the other side of the street are a 7/11 and a motorbike rental.

    It was a cheap room for 1 night price was $22 aud couldnt complain, loved the service from the staff, was able to check in at 10am which was a bonus

    value for your money. Do not expect luxury for the money you pay. The staff also friendly and allowed us to check in early before check in time. She also allowed us extend 1 hour before our check out time. very considerate. The location is so good. Near Malin Plaza which is the place for you to look for food and souvenir. Near Dragon Night Market. Patong Beach about 10-15mins walk.

    Good WiFi, air con cleaners cams everyday and changes towels and gave bottled water ! Affordable and clean and good location for beach and Nightlife !

    The staff was very helpful when we needed something - like renting a bike or help with safe deposit box. Also it was possible to order cleaning services after normally scheduled hours.

    Superb location. Nearby food court. Friendly staff & boss, He was very helpful. Local travel guides booth every corner of the road. Easy access to hire Tut tut or a bike.
