    The location is close to the "Sportivnaya" metro station. Receptionist ladies were friendly and helpful.

    This hotel is a beautiful and cozy place in the centre of old Moscow. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, all possible room amenities (including ironing board which is rare in Russian hotels), top service, superb breakfast and meals during the day. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

    The staff was very polite. The apartment was very nice, cozy and clean. Drink water was refilled every day and an espresso machine made a very good coffee. The bath was large, although the water took a while to get warm. For breakfast you can choose from a couple of dishes in addition to the usual buffet. The food tastes good, especially the pancakes. Location is great next to the metro station. Nearby there are dominos pizzeria and some local grocery shops. The hotel offers also dinner, but we have not used this service.

    The room was big, I had a fridge and a water kettle with tea bags, even herbal tea!!
