    Breakfast was a disaster and it was in the price. Coffee and juice were not included so we were charged additionally. Single guests were receiving same amount food as we had to share in 2. Very limited amounts, even no butter. I am travelling all around the world and never seen this before. Another day there was no water so we couldn’t use shower or flush the toilet(!) next day there was problem with electricity so we stuck in elevator with my wife and despite of following procedures nobody heated the alarm rings and nobody came to help us. I have opened the doors by myself.

    The location is beautiful. The area is beautiful also. Close to the sea, very close to Subway Station. Markets and restaurants are close too.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, with air conditioning, luxury shower and good working wifi. I'm very satisfied having stayed here.

    Great location. The metro was 5 mins walking distance. Wonderful staff who are very helpful.

    Untill the end I had a good service from a young guy and explained me all the places where I had to be. The room was amazing clean and was very comfortable, I took the luxe room and enjoyed here alot. Walk to Metrostation in 2 minutes and go where tou want in Istanbul.

    every things is good , Location is 2 mn to Metro station , you should Take Exit 3 in metro to reach Hotel . Internet is very Fast , Big and clean Room. you should go there if you are looking for quality / price
