    Excelente ubicación , personal amable dispuesto a ayudar . La habitación con una vista espectacular sobre el agua , además súper cómoda y con mucho espacio

    I was on the 16th floor on the harbour side and 5he view was heart achingly incredible. The staff were very accommodating and attentive with various special requests I had. I ordered room service one night and the whole process was easy, the food wonderful and the service/delivery/presentation was really special. Just loved the whole stay!

    The Hotel location is excellent if you want to explore Boston. its a short walk from 2 subway stations; South Terminal train station - if considering getting the free bus from the airport, and Aquarium, where most tour bus stands are i.e. duck tours, boat cruises, etc). Additionally it is only a 10-15 minute walk from old state house & Quincy Market (shopping), little Italy (for restaurants). We stayed in a deluxe king room with harbour view (and were not disappointed!). Room was well furnished, clean and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The hotel gym and spa looks new as if it has been refurbished. Staff were always polite and accommodating!

    Beautiful hotel, great room service, wonderful location for us because we were going on an Odyssey cruise for an event, and the ship docks right at the hotel. This hotel has retained it's excellent service, and fabulous facilities. The atmosphere is elegant, yet friendly and the staff were all very helpful.
