    The bed was quiet comfy and the room was a decent size (not like some postage stamp sized hotel rooms in London). Was impressed that for the budget price, a freshly cooked hot breakfast was included. Friendly staff too. Good location between central London and Heathrow, directly on the Piccadilly line, though it is a little walk from the station to the hotel (though you can get the bus a few stops if you prefer - and they’re quite frequent).

    The reception area looked welcoming, the room was & ensuite were very well cleaned, there were plenty of tea/coffee/milk sachets in the room, bedding was good - pillows just right for me. The location was convenient, booking straightforward, very pleasant staff & other guests, excellent value for money with breakfast being included. As a solo traveller I felt secure there.

    After travelling 4 hours to get to the hotel for a once in a lifetime gig, we were very pleased with how easy it was to get from the hotel to the location of the gig & back (although that's probably more down to Uber tbh). Simple, clean, budget rooms with a variety of beds per room available (2,3,4 beds) good for groups of different sizes & mixed genders. Perfect for our group of friends travelling to a venue far from home & simply needing somewhere close by to come back to, crash out & sleep off the effects of the nights alcohol before the very long drive back home the next day.

    The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is of good value. It's around 15mins walk to the Boston Manor train station, alternatively riding bus E8 （three stops ) is faster.
