    El personal, muy atento y servicial. Y la ubicación, justo al lado de la plaza y rodeado de bares y restaurantes e incluso clínicas, dentistas y hospitales.

    Great location - 50 m from Teatro Amazonas. Nice view from rooftop terrace. Helpful staff, good breakfast, nice decoration inside hotel.

    Clean hotel and very well located near the Theatre Amazonas. Breakfast was good: fresh fruit, bread, cereals and good coffee. Rooms have AC and beds are comfortable. There's hot water in the showers which is not very common. (the heater is quite loud in the other hand, but we were happy with a hot shower so it didn't bother us that much).

    Its location is absolutely perfect, nice and safe, and the staff was super great. They arrange our transfers to the airport, they let us choose our room, they took the time to advise what we should do at night / where we should eat (Caixiri was very good, FYI)

    Good breakfast, with local fresh fruits and juices. Very friendly and prompt to help staff. Premises well decorated and there is an amazing view from the upper lounge, which must be visited. The property lies in a nice area, with bars, restaurantes and just across the street from Opera House.

    The manageress tried really hard and was helpful but her day manager was disinterested and unhelpful. However the hotel itself, although extremely rustic, was fine for a one night stay but do not expect any bells and whistles and the bedrooms are the smallest we have ever stayed in. Also, although they have a roof top terrace, they do not offer wine as an option to purchase thus making the rooftop experience a non event for us as we had to find a local restaurant for our evening tipple instead.
