    The staff spoke in english and the hotel is located near 2 train stations.

    I have to say it was better than I expected. The apartment we got was perfect for our two weeks stay. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The stuff is polite and very helpful. The location is amazing, close to Seoul station, also the airport bus stops in front of the building. It has lots of store and places to eat within walking distance. A lot of tourist attractions are also close by. Great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Seoul.

    Overall the apartment is located in a really convenient area of Seoul, few minutes walk from the metro and the airport bus stops outside the building. Comfortable clean and spacious. For multiple nights stay - bed is made up daily - but sheets only changed twice a week. We had an issues with noisy air conditioning in our first room - a larger more deluxe room was given in replacement but we had to wait 24 hours for the room - leaving us with another poor night's sleep. The only other negative is that only 1 towel was left in the room each day despite asking at the front desk multiple times. In all fairness the staff on the front desk have very limited ability speaking English - so I wouldn't detract this from the overall stay, as once we had changed rooms our stay was excellent.

    The location was good. Easily accessible to the bus including the airport bus and is nearby the subway. A lot of restaurants around the vicinity including the mini-mart. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

    Located next to a subway station (line 2) which was very convenient. Lots of bus stops close by. Next to lots of small stores (emart, restaurants, coffee joints etc). Staff were very friendly and knew sufficient English. Heating system works incredibly well (both pro and con).

    The centralised location that is nearby to most landmark location make it easier to commute. There direct bus in front of the hotel to Seoul station, namdaemun, myendong etc. Airport limousine service 6015 is also easily accessible. If you prefer a slight workout and no traffic jam, there’s a subway approx 5 mins away.

    I like the location, its very near to chongjeono station exit4 like 5minutes walk. If you walk to the other road you will find the skywalk and by passing in this beautiful skywalk to will see seoul station and very easily you will reach the city hall.

    location was good. easy access to bus, subway and KTX lots of museums are just near. security was good

    To be fair location was ok within walking distance to Seoul station about 10 -15 mins. Shuttle bus from Incheon airport stops right infront of hotel.
