    Instalaciones muy buenas y recientes, la piscina está súper bien, y con muchos locales cercanos (supermercados, cafeterías, fast-foods, etc)

    Clean, easy to find, comfortable. I booked it for the proximity to the beach and for having a pool. In fact the beach is not really for swimming and the weather was cool so didn’t use the pool.

    Anything to be use in the kitchen. Better their is plates, saucers, cups, glass, knives, microwave & ref.

    Property was in a great spot, facilities easy accessible. Apartment room, was a good size. Pool was great size.

    Near the airport, near lapu-lapu shrine, near Happy Beach... Also near shopwise & watson's if you need to buy basic needs or medicine... Near fast food chains... Church is just across the street... Bottled water, coffee/tea are provided for free... Big refrigerator if you need to store extra food... Spacious lobby. Aircon was very cold. Cleaners cleaned the room daily.

    I liked the extra effort how the property gave details on the quality of the materials on the utilities intended for the utmost comfort of the occupant to mention; the kitchen area, wash room, and toilet bidet. But l was immediately transferred to another room when the toilet bowl bidet on the first room assigned to us did not function.

    The bed was amazingly good. Nice spacious apartment with own living area. Shops handy but limited dining choices over Easter period, will be better when fully developed. Pool and Gym areas were well presented but people straight from pool walking thru the gym dripping wet made this area dangerous. Security should be on to that more.
