    Está muy limpio y es muy cómodo porque solo hay 4 inquilinos en total (más la dueña) Lucia nos trató muy bien y nos dio recomendaciones de cómo llegar y dónde ir. Puedes dejar tu equipaje antes y después del Check-in Botella de vino de bienvenida.

    El apartamento está impecablemente limpio. Cá Lucy no es un nombre, es realmente su casa y la habitación que tomen estará dentro de ella obviamente. Por lo tanto, no esperen privacidad.

    The location is great. Its very close to Ferrovia ferry station. There are many restaurants close by which is great. The host is friendly and tried to help us when we needed something. The room is quite spacious.

    Very clean, good bed, A/C in the room, great towels&slippers&bath robe, great location. You have access to the kitchen, you can cook if you want and use it for breakfast. Lucia was very accommodating. She gave us directions and advice for having local dinner and also to find good places to visit in and out of Venice. She is a very nice host. Location is very nice placed, 5min walk to train station, and bus station, right off the Grand Canal. Also, the neighborhood is very quiet and you can reach in few minutes any place in Venice.

    Lucy runs a airbnb kinda room here, she has two bed rooms with external private bath rooms. She is extremely kind and helpful to visitors. Excellent host and she also gave us a surprise gift! I say 5 starts to Lucy!

    The room was very clean & well presented. The bed was comfortable , tv, air conditioning were welcomed. Lucia was a great host, offering advice on restaurants & tourist activities as well as information about history of Venice.

    Comfortable room with good AC during a very hot period. It is located close to the grand canel. You immediately feel part of Venice as you step out the door.

    Great location, we could walk, get a boat bus or access the main bus stop, to get us everywhere we needed to go. Lucia also gave us a bottle of local prosecco to say welcome!
