    Everything was excellent! Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. Recommended, if we return to Da Lat we will definitely stay here again.

    The gentleman looking after our booking was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the room we were first allocated smelt of smoke and in the new room the bed clothes were damp, he immediately resolved this though and apologized. Once we were sorted everything was fine. The mattress was a little hard for my liking but my partner didn’t mine it so it’s personal preference. Again the gentleman in charge helped to organize bikes for us which were perfect and reasonably priced. We also had laundry which was really quick and good value too. The hotel is in. A lovely location once you have your bike or don’t mind a bit of a walk.

    The rooms were very comfortable, constantly kept clean. AMAZING staff, they were so so helpful and genuinely cared that you were enjoying your time in Dalat.

    We arrived here in the morning coming off an overnight bus and were expecting to have to wait, but they were very lovely and let us check in early! The staff was very kind to us! They also have a café which is very full during the whole day with locals and it gives a nice and friendly vibe! We had a great time here!

    Staff was so help full took a night bus from Saigon ended up at the hotel at 5am allowed us to check straight into the room. Inquire about scooters at the same time time had one ready for me first thing no hassle and cheap

    The treatment we got from the moment we arrived there to the moment we left the place was beyond the expectations! For a fair price we got a clean room with a nice size, very good for couples :) The family owns the place was available to any request. You gotta try there coffee as well!
