    The place was very cozy. It was small but just the right size for you to be able to sleep comfortably. The hotel is environment-friendly, with refillable containers for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion). You can also buy them at the front desk. It is at a great location right across the mall (you just need to cross the footbridge to get there). Staff is very hospitable as well.

    The staff were friendly and welcoming. Though the room is quite small, it is very clean and comfortable. We love that this hotel provides toiletries in refillable bottles to lessen wastes. Instead of complimentary bottled water, they have reusable bottles and glasses provided, which you can refill at the dispenser located in the common area. Even the interior decorations were made by using recyclables! Super eco-friendly!

    Comfortable bed, toiletries available, friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast at the roof deck overlooking Taal. They also have a common reading/coffee nook with rustic art pieces. Very homey ambience. Breakfast drinks (coffee, brewed iced tea, choco) were refillable too. Bathroom facilties are complete with bidet, hot and cold shower, and even "tabo". No corkage for food and drinks.

    We had our reservation and booking confirmed and guaranteed thru credit card 3-weeks ahead. Upon check in we were informed that the room category (Which was confirmed and payment guaranteed) is not available????? A down grade was offered. WHY do such a scheme? Only to insist, did they realize we will not settle for what was confirmed and guaranteed. Available naman pala ang room type daw!

    El hotel es limpio y bonito, la terraza en el techo genial....tendrá una buena vista del lago taal, es un lugar agradable para relajarse y relajarse. El personal muy atento y amable.
