    El personal nos ayudó mucho, incluso nos dejó una habitación para ducharnos gratis cuando llegamos de un tour, a pesar de no tener nada contratado con ellos. En pleno centro.

    Hotel was excellent, Staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful friendly. The room was spotless and beautifully presented with fresh flowers. Hotel was lovely and location to everywhere was excellent. They can book flight ticket, airport taxi, halong tours, sapa tours for us. I will come back and highly recommend to others

    The staff was really welcoming and lovely, they provided us with welcome drinks and fruit and a handful of useful information. We were leaving the hotel early in the morning the next day and the staff packed our breakfast to take away - it was really kind of them! The room was clean, right in the heart of street food in Hanoi but it was pretty quiet in the room. Hotel is located 3 minutes walk from one of bus offices so it was super convenient to get a bus in the morning and leave the city. We spend there one night, I highlt recommend the place!

    I needed a break from hostel life as I was quite sick and so I stayed in the studio room for 3 nights. It was exactly what I needed and perfect for one person, very clean, cosy and relatively quiet (although small, but I liked it that way!) The staff had good English and were so keen to help me book an overnight trip to Halong Bay at a very reasonable price too. I was grateful for their help! They constantly looked for ways to help me. Thank you for a great stay :)

    Great location in the Old Quarter, nr Dong Xuan Market & Long Bien Bridge. Loads of street food & bia hoi in the immediate area. Staff were wonderful, couldn't do enough to help us & make us welcome. Room was also very quiet which is important for a Hanoi hotel.

    The staff is very helpful and attentive. Hung took care of us and organized interesting and beautiful tours. we would come back to Camel City. Really highly recommended to all.
