    La atención del personal . Hicieron varias llamadas por teléfono sin costo. Y resolvieron todos los problemas q les planteábamos. Muy simpáticos.

    Everything was great there! The receptionist was very friendly and even helped us to call the taxi for a cheaper price than we expected! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone who's travelling to Hanoi!

    I usually stay at hotel for any of my business trip. Just a short walk to the city center. very good staff. If you want something to eat, the staff will show you the cheap and delicious restaurant. there is also airport shuttle service. totally very good. excellent for business trip.

    From the day i arrived to my check out everything was crazy good. First of all the size of the room is one the biggest i have ever had in my trip (Asia, Europe, Australia) and on top of that it is brand new and very clean, it is clean daily with free bottles of water, soap etc. The staff is always here 24/7 and if you need anything they will be there to assist you. As a receptionist myself in France I know how important it is for a staff and for us travelers to know what to except before you book it. I rarely give 5/5 but trust me, it deserved more.

    Great. I and my colledges came here for business for the whole week. The hotel í near downtown areas. Its easy to travel on foot. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staffs are so warm and hospitable. Will come back here.

    Breakfast is very good, the room is very large and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The spa service is wonderful.

    Standard as it can be. A bit outdated and need repair, however nice stay, good staff, close to city center. Nothing really much to add as its a hotel that you get in any country. Nothing special at all.

    Had a bit of trouble with the airport shuttle we booked when we arrived because our flight was delayed, but the hotel immediately sent someone to fetch us even though it was at dawn. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly, and immediately answered our inquiries and granted our requests.
