    El desayuno es perfecto si eres asiático, pero tiene muy pocas opciones de desayuno occidental.

    Muy bien ubicado a 15 minutos de Old Quarter y 5 de la estación de tren. Buen desayuno con vistas en la décima plata, excelente limpieza. Habitaciones grandes y bien equipadas. El personal habla inglés. Nos ayudaron a imprimir los billetes del avión. Totalmente recomendable.

    Ideal location for getting the perfect photo of a train going through ‘train street’ - 5 minutes away on foot. Netflix on TV a real plus! Very helpful staff - a special thanks to Shang for organising a limousine bus to collect us from the hotel and take us to our next place.

    Everything is perfect on this property. Staff: professional and into every detail ie. Was about to rain outside and they gave us umbrellas. They don’t do annoying tour upsellings Room: front side, great quality mattress and sheets. Amazing lighting and deco. Bathroom: all you need is there plus top quality towels. Breakfast: they have an amazing breakfas with good quality products. Not a huge buffet but less is more in this case. And last but not least breakfast is on floor number 10 so you have amazing views to the city.

    The room was very clean, everything is new and modern, huge shower& bathroom; The room design is really nice (wooden furniture).The location 10 min away (by walking) from Old Quarter.I didnt mind the distance at all, since Ive bought a Vietnamese sim card from the airport when I arrived and I was able to use google maps.

    Fantastic property to say the least! If you’ve been to the old quarter and can agree it can be a congested stress and mess, you will like it here. The receptionists are absolutely delightful and the mature gentlemen that helps with the bags is a sweetie. The rooms are immaculate and you get the added plus of a balcony which is a little perk. Location wise is great as you’re not too far from the old quarter but far enough that it’s not loud Breakfast additionally is fabulous as it is a good mix but if you want local food or nibbles the cafes and shopping market are literally a throwstone away

    Nice and modern hotel, very comfort for travelers who do not want to stay in the very crowded old part of Hanoi. Rooms are quite big and have all needed facilities, breakfast was quite good, and the staff went way and beyond to meet are request, including a free upgrade and late checkout.

    This is a brand new hotel and everything is clean and nice. Breakfast is good and we enjoyed the doughnuts and pastries that hadn’t been on offer at other hotels. It was a nice change! The hotel is a bit outside the normal tourist area but taxis are cheap. The staff are very friendly. And the rooms are really clean. We particularly enjoyed talking to the lady at breakfast who told us all about her cats as she liked to practice her English, the only thing I would say is maybe it’s good to let guests have some time alone just to eat and keep chatting to before and after eating, it’s a bit odd to have to keep the conversation going while you’re trying to eat an egg! We did really like her though she was very sweet and told us about the parks near the hotel.
