    The hotel is simple, but very clean and in a quiet area. The room was small but very nice. The beds were comfy and there was a refrigirator in the room. There is not much room to walk around if you are travelling with 2 people with luggage (but I was on my own, and I had enough room, and maybe if you stay at a room with one big size bed there is probably more room around the bed). I chose the hotel because of how close it is to the town center. The main road with restaurants and bars is just a 1 minute walk. The roof terrace is really nice, overlooking the rock tombs. The fresh Turkish breakfast is served there from 8.30 - 10.30, but you can go there at any time and relax in the sun or the shade. The owners are very friendly and helplful.

    Turkish breakfast with daily variations.Excellent location.No balcony but the use of the roof terrace with view of the rock toombs is fine.This small hotel is very quaint,affordable,ideal for the solo traveler.

    The gentleman that runs the hostel works super hard and will do everything he can to make sure you are happy. His customer service is excellent :)

    The hotel is really central yet very quiet. The staff are friendly kind and helpful. The rooms have everything you could possibly need including hair dryers and kettles. The owners are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

    Great location Small boutique hotel very clean. Excellent Breakfast No pool but we knew that. Staff and owners soooooooo friendly Will return next year Great value for money

    Breakfast was traditional. Very tasty, lots of choices. Coffee wasn't very good though! Staff very friendly and accommodating, but left you alone and were not intrusive. If I needed anything then they were very quick to oblige. Room was small, but perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable and included a small fridge which was very useful. Also free tea and coffee in the room and a hairdryer which is unusual in my experience in hotels in this area that I have stayed in. More than I expected for a budget hotel. Location was a 2 minute walk from town centre and all shops, restaurants, bars etc. I would recommend this hotel. After check out - I was allowed to store my luggage in the hotel and use a shower and changing room for my onward journey that evening, at no extra charge

    Charming hotel in a quiet area, but just two steps away from the center of busy Dalyan. Lovely rooftop terrace with a view on the Lycian tombs. Excellent breakfast buffet.

    We have stayed at this hotel before, but this was the first visit with the new owners, the food was good, the staff were friendly, the place was clean, the new owner, Milly, he needs to cheer up a bit, and talk to his guests a bit more, its a good value for money hotel,
