    The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I checked in around 8:30pm on June 7, 2019 and asked a few questions of the front desk clerk. That dude knew everything. The hotel itself was also very organized in assisting with Chicago travel. It was amazing.

    Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Metro-Station Pulaski entfernt. Recht gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

    This is a small and modest hotel close to Midway with very reasonable rates for the area. It has recently been repainted and is well taken care if. Most importantly, staff and service here were completely outstanding. A whole lot of travelers, including myself, were stranded when all Chicago Midway departures were cancelled due to weather. Although hotel staff were seriously slammed, they remained incredibly cheerful, positive, and helpful! They also let me and other weary travelers with late next day flights have a late check-out w/o problem, and the shuttle driver offered to give us lifts to food, sundries, etc (an offer I availed myself if, to get a change of undies and eyeliner at Walgreens ☺️). I was totally bowled over by this wonderful experience, which could have been quite uncomfortable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Steve, and the guy who drove me to Walgreens!!

    Room cleaness and staff are nice and ready to help. Tiny and all-can-eat breakfast. Wash and dryer room was convenient to us for keeping fresh our clothes. Drinks and ice are available if you need it.

    Trip was an emergency stay due to cancelled flight. I liked the location close to Midway airport and the free shuttle bus to the airport. Breakfast buffet was good standard fare.
