    the room suited our needs and requirements perfectly; the external bathroom was just downstairs and dressing gowns were provided. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and the Adrian was very helpful and accomodating

    Adrian was a great host. Very homely & a geat source of information. Wehad a very early check in which was no problem.Great choice of breakfast. Room really lovely & great en suite. Would recommend to anyone visiting Aviemore

    Very comfortable and cosy. Adrian is very helpful and has lots of advice for walking routes and where to eat. Good size breakfast :)

    The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. The owner gave me plenty of local info on the region. Nice room, simple. Short walk to the Coop.

    I loved that there was a double and a single bed (my husband and I sleep much better if not crowded!) And that the space in the room was big. I liked that there was optional heating as well as a fan.

    - Adrian is an excellent host. Not only did he cook a tasty breakfast every morning, he was also very helpful planning our trips to the nearby Cairngorms or just was fun to chat with. - Lunch packs for day trips! (small extra cost) - Located in a quiet part of Aviemore, though the A9 is nearby, we could barely hear any noise.
