    Todo lo que pueda decir del hotel Grota es quedarse corto. Es un sitio súper bonito, donde te hacen sentir como en casa. Habitaciones increíbles, instalaciones impresionantes y un trato excelente. Sin duda volveré a Naxos y lo haré en el Grota

    La comodidad y la amabilidad del personal de recepción. Nos recibieron con una copa de vino y una empanada, y nos explicaron sobre un mapa los principales puntos de interés de la isla.

    I enjoyed every minute of my stay in Casabella. The room with balcony is splendid, There was a shower I’d like to take home and a bed to stay in forever. But more important is the staff. They all do their utmost to make your stay unforgettable. So friendly, so attentive! Nothing is too much and I could feel that the friendliness was genuine, from the heart. The people working at Casabella and the mother hotel Grotta love their work and their guests. So thank you to all working there. Oh, and the breakfast in hotel Grotta. That is too good to be true. I travel a lot and never experienced this anywhere else!

    So kind and welcoming. The staff made us feel as if we were family members returning home. They go out of their way to make your stay excellent. Such a great welcome, always ready with good advice about what to do, amazing breakfasts, beautiful views, a cheerful greeting at any time of day or night, very comfortable accommodation and sparkling clean. Really the best vacation we could have ever imagined.

    The hotel is comfy and classy meeting every single need a customer may have. The spot is great just a a couple of minutes walk of the old town. The view is really stunning!! Both the staff and the owners of the business are friendly, always standby to help you. They have high social skills make you feel like home.

    My accomodation was just gorgeous, so comfortable, clean and a lovely design. They serve the most delicious smorgasbord breakfast in "Hotel Grotta" which is right next door. Best breakfast in the universe!!! (Thank you Maria! lol) I received exceptional service from these lovely operators. The Greek family and their staff were very warm and genuine in their care of me during my stay. I have never received such wonderful service and attention in order to make my stay a very happy one. I fell in love with the Greeks and their beautiful island Naxos. I highly recommend staying here or the other 2 sites, including "Hotel Grotta" that this family manages. If I wasn't so far away I would be back there every year for some spoiling!

    Spotless clean. Very spacious. Managed by Hotel Grotta so we could use all Grotta's facilities. Hotel Grotta let us have the breakfast (it was way better than just a breakfast, it was more like a brunch) at the hotel and provided free transfer back to the Port.

    The staff made me feel like family! They were extremely kind and accommodating! The food was delicious and the views outstanding! I highly recommend Casabella and its adjoining hotel!
