    The property smells of dampness right from reception to corridors. It needs a bit of uplifting and renovations. Breakfast buffet was very average. But the staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Will give full marks to them.

    I loved everything about the hotel. The staff are amazing and looked after us very well. The swimming pool is fantastic. The restaurants are excellent, with so much variety, you really get to try so many different local and also European dishes, if that’s what you like. We stayed here when we arrived in Kerala, and loved it so much, we changed our bookings so we could go back for our last few days in India.

    I have stayed there multiple times for my work trips to Kochi. It’s on an island away from the crowd but both city and fort kochi is easily accessible by ferry. They have the most amazing pool and great food options on the property. It’s a cgh earth property, and highly eco-friendly.

    Casino by CGH is a well kept hotel. It is clean and staff are attentive. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and attend to all details. The restaurant I dined at is adequate and serves local cuisine.

    The staff is excellent especially, reception, Room service, cooks, Mr. Suradarshan, and first day room service helper. They have achieved all my expectations and beyond. The food in the buffet is excellent you do have many verifies. They are really a eco hotel, the disposable bags are made of made out of past newspapers. Love to visit aging and again.     I love everything about this hotel. the staff phenomenal. I thoroughly love it. Extremely reasonably priced for a 5* hotel. the seafood restaurant is one of the best. I always stay there now.

    Hotel is providing nice food. Both breakfast and dinner are so good. It has a good pool also. It also has a good dining ambiance. Overall, the hotel has good features to dine and pool.

    Supportive staff, very friendly with my kids and taking care of them while we were having food( Prince and other staffs in the restaurant). Febin in reception , always with a smile, food was excellent. Nice pool and staff. I got a free upgrade to a pool view room.
