    James (the property staff) help me a lot during my stay. He is very kind guy and explain the facilities from the property. If you use subway, the best subway exit is gangnam station. The road mainly normal and it takes around 9 minutes walk. Do not alight in Yeoksam, because there is a uphill and downhill (mixed) when you walk to the property. However, You can use the main road instead the small road if you dont want to face the uphill. There is an option to use bus that will stop near the property. However it takes you to transfer and wait for the bus.

    Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Very useful in advising on my trips to and from the airport. Gangnam is a convenient location. Big bottle of shampoo and soap provided, along with many free utilities like washing machine, dryer, kitchen etc.

    Single bed with public shower and toilet room is clean, no bags cockroachs a manager is awesome person located in 15 minutes walking from Guangnam Station you can eat rice, kimchi, bread and ramen dryer, fredge, tish is in each room

    The venue had instant noodles and fresh rice with kimchi or bread if you preferred. Everything was self serviced however for the price it was great!

    Very friendly and helpful staff, clean bathroom, perfect shower, comfy bed, excellently equipped room with toletries, fan, clean linen, fast internet, very good location close to eateries, marts, public transport.

    Good location, not for from Gangnam station and easy to find out the property. This is a second time to stayed here for me. A lot of the restaurant a long the street (Yeoksam-ro Rd.) and also cheap price for 1 dish. Hotel provide shampoo, shower gel, 2 towel and public kitchen also cooking equipment. Ms.Sue manager of guesthouse was kind and very helpful. Sure that I will be there again when I visit Korea and Seoul in the future
