Fabulous villa to enjoy time in Koh Samui. Located perfectly for beaches, airport, ferry and Fisherman’s Village. The villa has a fantastic penthouse patio, dip pool and sound system. And a cinema (with every film you’d want) on the ground floor. Franco we’ll be back.

Franco is a superhost, from the very beginning he gave us really good recommendations about things to do in the island and other areas. The villa is simply outstanding. The photos are 100% accurate. Total luxury in a marvellous area!

This place is absolutely fantastic. We were amazed how accurate the pictures are. Every room was super clean, mordern and stylish. We had a long debate about if this was a celebrity's house! Wifi was full strength on every floor. The location is great. Very short walk to supermarkets, local market and restaurants, taxi stands and bars. However the view from the top floor was so amazing we didn't want to go out. We got some drinks and sat in the pool on the top floor and took in the amazing view. Really sorry we didn't have more time. Definitely recommended. Definitely coming again!

Location is the best you can find on the island. Two minutes walking from 24hrs convenience shop and lot of restaurants, Thai and not. We loved an Italian restaurant just in front the Villa and a very fancy place for breakfast just across the road. By motorbike you're just 10 minutes from Chaweng and you can find also nice beach just on right side of the villa. I definately recommend this place.

Everything amazing. They helpful and great. View is incredible, we had fantastic moment in the terrace in the swimming pool on roof. That's a really amazing villa in front of the ocean. All rooms has private bathroom. Kitchen with all comforts, really I recommend this place.

Franco was an exemplary host, right from the offset making sure we were comfortably settled in to the property and easily reachable throughout our stay to answer queries. The villa is in a great location, a few minutes walk from a selection of bars, restaurants and massage parlours and also close to both a 24 hour convenience store (7/11) and a supermarket (Tesco Lotus). The rooms in the villa were all very generously proportioned and all ensuite, plus a further two communal bathrooms. The rooftop pool is a great feature, with lovely coastal views and a great place to chill and relax. There are two kitchens and several different living areas plus balconies on each floor, making it a great location for holidays with a large group as there is both sufficient room to socialise but it is also always possible to find a quiet spot.

It's a villa no breakfast was included however the Resturant in front of the Villa was out of this world. The Bedrooms are as advertised, the host is a dear friendly fellow, loved chatting with him. The location is a bit far away from the Chaweng Beach and all the hustle and bustle of the touristy stuff. The host is knowledgeable and friendly and lives on the premises. The host made two extra trips to accommodate 10 of us from the airport for free which was mighty nice of him. It's walking distance to Bangrak Pier, Big Budda, Mosque, Restaurants, and beaches, actually, you can see the beaches from all the bedrooms. The airport is 10 minutes away.

Loved the epic views which are from every floor! Especially the sunset from the rooftop deck with a pool! Convenience is ace, being walking distance from some excellent eats, 24-hr mart, the famous big buddha, and only 5-10 minutes from the airport, chaweng beach, and fishermens village. Def will stay here again, couldn’t ask for more, even the wifi is good!
