    La comunicación con el anfitrión. Nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la hora de salida de nuestro tren. La ubicación, a todo se puede ir andando, mercado cerca y restaurantes. Nos dejaron agua fresca en el frigorífico.

    Very friendly host, who provided a quick walking tour to orient us to the neighborhood. The location was right next to a large food market, which was terrific for snacks and dining out.

    The property was in a wonderful position, just about 8-10 minutes walk from KARLPLATZ Metro. The Vienna Metro is reasonably uncomplicated so very easy to get around. It is also a few minutes walk from the local Naschmarkt - fresh breads for breakfast and fruit / vegetables etc. There is a Billy supermarket just around the corner which was also excellent. The owner provided a city map on my arrival and generally information about Vienna.

    Location excellent for walking around to see most of the sites we came to see. Host knowledgable and helpful with pointers. Apartment well enough appointed for everything we needed and as a family of 4 the bed arrangements worked well for us

    Location is great, very close to city center, we didn't need to use bus or train in the first couple of days at all. very close to the market, so great selection of breakfast every morning. Apartment was very nice and very clean, spacious as described - easily accommodated 2 adults and 3 kids, facilities were new and clean. Owner was very helpful providing information about the area, order us taxi to the airport and was available on the phone for everything needed. overall we had a great stay - definitely recommend.

    Great location lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Walking distance to major tourist attraction. Owner was very helpful in providing sightseeing information. Would definitely stay there again

    Excellent location - only a 10-15 minute walk to the Centre (St Stephen's Cathedral) and easy access (5 min walk) to Metro system. There is no Reception Area - it is an apartment within a main block - but the Owner was there waiting for us when we arrived. I left my mobile phone in the taxi and the Owner could not be more helpful, liaising with Bookings.Com with whom I booked the taxi. (Bookings.Com were then very helpful in getting back to me with name of the local company and I got the phone returned within a few hours)

    This apartment is rather not for tourists, especially first-time ones (it is central but not in old town, and it calls for staying in rather than going out), but for business travelers. The latter would be able even to meet their business partners there. There is a spacious and respectable-looking salon (with an extra bed completely disappearing into the wall during the day), a bedroom, and a separate kitchen, which means 3 people can isolate themselves for work, sleep or TV (of which there are 2, and with internet TV). Wifi OK, bathroom with a bath. Windows to the east, lots of light. Parquet floor, lots of carpets. Washing machine, dishwasher, big refrigerator. Homeline phone, desk. One can very pleasantly work there. Key procedure smooth, even when the owner is not there.

    The location was great close to the underground, supermarkets, cafes, museum, gardens and the apartment was quiet and cool with the air condition. Darius was really helpful in giving us all the necessary information to get around. We love to return to this enchanting place again.
