    The room was always clean, beds were very comfortable. Food services in our room were quick and efficient. The staff members who went to our room were all very kind and courteous. The staff at the restaurant were very accommodating. The room cleaners were good. I kind of didn't feel welcome at the reception desk because the personnel there seemed not to like their work, they were not smiling and not courteous. Maybe they should not be assigned at the reception.

    There’s a nice feel to this place— cosy and warm with great service— that made me feel at home straightaway. We had a few issues at first with the hot water and noise but the staff moved us to a larger room with a view of the pines and the valley which was 100 times better. Though it’s not exactly 5-star luxury, all you need is here. Breakfast is pretty ample with great local coffee, the location is very handy and the whole experience was far removed from any cookie-cutter hotel— it felt like a real holiday.

    Free flowing cordillera coffee in the lobby! Awesome view of the mountains while having breakfast. Comfy beds. Staff are well trained and friendly.
