    A lovely hotel with friendly staff and beautiful, comfortable rooms. Location is good if you're interested in exploring sunset blvd or going to the comedy store. It's nice and quiet as well.

    We stayed as a family of 4, kids 14 & 12 the rooms were very spacious and clean - loved the marble bathroom! Great roof top pool and it’s in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful & accommodating we would highly recommend this hotel.

    Upon check in, they told us that they upgraded us to a better room. In fact they gave us a room in the lower ground floor without any view, an underground bunker, the smell in the room was awful! When we complained about the smell and were told that perhaps it’s the chemical product they use to clean the carpet. I couldn’t sleep all night because the bad smell. When we said that we didn’t want this room and would prefer the room we booked, we were told that the hotel is fully booked. So effectively it wasn’t an upgrade, but a downgrade. They moved us the following day to a better room, and it was actually nice and exactly what we booked. But it did affect the overall impression from the stay. Especially we won’t offered any discount for the bad experience of the first night.

    Beautifully decorated and large rooms! The hotel was quiet and in a great location in west Hollywood- walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

    We liked everything from the moment of check in to checkout. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and received a wine and strawberries for my husband's birthday. We were also treated to a complimentary upgrade. The room was fantastic, very spacious, clean, great design - wish we would stay longer. I'll definitely stay at Chamberlain again. The location was fantastic too. I've walked to many places. Very nice staff, friendly and polite. Great rooftop pool and well equipped gym.
