    Lo mejor es la ubicación, justo en frente del centro comercial Pavilion y cerca de las Petronas, en 10min andando estábamos allí usando las calles elevadas que tienen. La cama muy cómoda. La atención del personal fue muy buena, excelente.

    I like the location. The room without a window is quite closterphobic,as the room design is industrial,with it's bare walls and concrete-like walls it was a bit intimidating. I asked for a quiet room but some the guests were making a lot of noise, though I know it's not the hotel's fault,more "silence" and "quiet" signs should be put up. I commend the front desk Filipino receptionist and the cleaning staff(housekeeping). The Malay female receptionist were rude and unprofessional. She's not at the front desk ,but everywhere (had to wait and call for her,when I needed an enquiry and an umbrella for the rainy day) I even suggested that she puts a bell at the counter if she's not going to be at the reception, and a total" no-no"!!,eating at the reception desk! Despite all the comments (which can be easily managed) I think the hotel is value for money and best location!!! I will definitely come back!

    Good location with many malls and restaurants around. Lovely place with helpful staff. Good facilities. Have lift. Can store luggage after check out. Clean and comfortable room + bed. Have big nice toilet with hot water.

    I really like the interior design of this hotel, Very modernized and fully utilized the space. The room is not very big, however, the facilities they provide are like the others.

    - In central of Bukit Bintang hence walking distance to Pavilion (as our main objective to KL was to go for the Marvel Exhibition and less than 5mins walk), Fahrenheit (just next door) and Berjaya Times Square (at least 10mins easy walk) - Value for money for a hotel in central area

    Very comfortable, stylish and perfect position. I would turn for sure. I loved wooden bed and cement walls.

    Best location at the heart of bukit bintang. Step out immediately to the Pavillion shopping area.

    The location is superb! You can literally just walk outside & grab a bite or go to pavilion within a couple of minutes. The staff was very friendly as well.
