    Bed is very squishy and staff on arrival hadn’t got a receipt for my payment online to prove I had paid for my stay- I had to get the receipt off my bank statement and then off my emails.. it’s because they had just moved premises apparently that they’d no receipt records .. other than that the rest of the staff were pleasant and friendly , location is good and rooms are basic. We had an en-suite so we didn’t have to share a toilet !

    Breakfast was good. Room was clean. 200yards to Sauchiehall St. £4.20 from 1300 to 1000am next day parking charge.

    Central location, pleasant helpful staff. Facilities were adequate but clean. Looks like hotel is currently undergoing a bit of a facelift which it needs.
