    I booked a room for my parents as a gift, on arrival there was a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card. The staff were so good to accommodate all my requests and they had a lovely time. Unfortunately my they had to leave a day early, had booked for 3 nights but they could only stay 2, and the hotel immediately rang me to refund me the price of the room for the night. Very very happy with everything and my parents throughly enjoyed themselves.

    Normal buffet type breakfast which I personally do not like but is is now normal in most hotels. Very nice modern building excellent professional receptionist, smiling and looking happy. Bar staff also excellent and so was the person in the breakfast room. The staff definitely make this hotel a place to stay along with the well equipped bedroom and reasonable B/B rate.

    My overall stay was very pleasant. Lovely room, very comfortable. Being able to dine in the same place was very nice too. We had a beautiful meal.

    Everything, from start to finish. The buffet breakfast was the best I ever had in all the years I've been staying in hotels when visiting Ireland. Will be going back to Charleville Park Hotel on our next visit, hopefully for a longer stay.

    Staff were lovely and food was great. Everyone v obliging. We were there for a wedding and the venue was beautiful. Lovely bedrooms too.

    I love the staff and customer service here this was my second time visiting and the receptionist remembered me from my previous stay The food and bar is lovely And I think it was the manager... early in the morning was extremely helpful and friendly
