    It´s in fact, a charming house. Far from a traditional hotel style, de D724 seem more like and AirBnB with hotel facilities. Is charming, cozy, private and with rooms larger than the Venice average.

    Stayed at Charming House in location DD694 in Venice for two nights before boarding cruise. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the space was nice and quiet. Location of the room was ideal, pretty central to most things and never more than a 15 minute walk to anywhere. The room itself was very spacious and clean and was a bargain for the price paid. Very highly recommended.

    Everything was perfect! definitely a value for money hotel for Venice. They upgrade us to a larger room which was spacious cozy and just few meters away from the main hotel.

    The hotel was easy to find after our private transfer dropped us off at the San Vio water taxi pier, just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering restaurant advice and reservations, showing us on a map the best areas to visit from our hotel. Our room was in the annex, just around the corner from the hotel's reception and was overlooking one of the canals, the room was well equipped and peaceful yet only a short walk to the Accademia Bridge which takes you across into the main tourist area. Breakfast was superb and the friendly staff and owner were on hand to check everything was ok and make recommendations for the day. All this contributed towards the perfect trip culminating in my partner and I getting engaged. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

    Propiedad muy bien equipada, personal maravilloso y el desayuno fue encantador. Una ubicación maravillosa cerca del gran canal. El propietario estaba a su disposición para asegurarse de que disfrutara su estancia. Realmente amaba este santuario después de un día de turismo maravilloso.
