    Such an amazing and charming place to stay with my friends. Jill was such a lovely host and made us all feel so welcome. It truly felt like a home from home and I look forward to our next visit :) I would highly recommend.

    Exactly what I was looking for. Received a very warm welcome and was made to feel very much at home. Beautiful house and gardens, comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more !

    This B&B is in a lovely house in the close to the High Street in Dorking, set in beautiful grounds. The hostess is very pleasant and welcoming. Guests may come and go as they please throughout the day and make use of the garden as well as a comfortable sitting room. Breakfast is more than adequate and served to suit your time needs. Next time I need to stay in Dorking I shall definitely plan to stay there again.

    Lovely B and B in beautiful setting, large garden and tennis court. Very modern, clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful, accommodating and amenable.

    Excellent location, only a five minute walk from the lovely town of Dorking . Jill was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The property was spotless. Highly recommended

    Chart House had a delightful garden to relax in after a busy day and a lounge room for guests with comfy armchairs and a big TV. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The lady of the house was helpful with information about the local area.

    Jill is very real and doesn't hold back! But she was lovely and fun to talk to, with her dry wit. She gave my friend a good-natured telling off for not communicating well before he arrived, which we all found very funny. She was also very helpful, and arranged to let me check-in early even though she was out at an event. The grounds were delightful and had no issues with the rooms and facilities. The short walk into town is nice, too.

    It was a nice and clean room, although small. It was still good for me. The breakfast was nice and Jill a very pleasant lady.
