    Kep is a very nice and relaxing place with scenic mountains and picturesque sea with islands. This hotel-chateau is an ideal place to feel the Kep atmosphere. The hotel is surrounded with a big garden and green hills. The owners like this place, If you like they give you a lot of details concerning Kep. Vladimir wright his own blog with a lot of pictures from Kep and suburbs. We are happy to get such cultural experience.

    I enjoyed the hotel and friendly atmosphere. The owners try to meet all your expectations. In the evening I joined a company in the bar and we had a really good time telling funny stories about our travels and adventures. The food in the restaurant was like at home. I tried delicious mush potato. Highly recommended as a good service for a not big price.

    We really enjoyed our stay here in their family home and found them to be very nice people, we even decided to stay an extra night and they were more than happy to have us stay.

    Very nice people, beautiful and very clean house and a good atmosphere! Great place to stay in Kep.

    Beautiful house on a great area. Scooter for 5 bucks a day was totally Allright, without a scooter it's difficult to get around in Kep. Aircon was working good, so the room was totally okay.

    Very welcoming owners that will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. There was a mix up with our booking and instead of downgrading us they gave us their own room at the property.

    The hosts were lovely, helpful and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were good and we really enjoyed using the balcony upstairs. Would stay here again.
