There was a double booking on our beds. However, the staff was very helpful and provided us with a private room (usually used by the staff I guess), with a good discount. Very friendly and a good solution to the problem! Overall, the staff was very friendly and helped us to find our way in Chengdu

I recommend this hostel if you can't speak Chinese. I really appreciate all starf thatthey can speak English and very helpful! The place is persuade to stay including easy to go out to visit around Chengdu. I absolutely visit this hostel again if I have chances to visit Chengdu.

The dorm rooms were really well laid out, providing as much privacy as possible. Hostel is in a good location fairly central and the shared facilities are good.

Staff were helpful but could have been more enthusiastic in their interactions. The beds are pretty comfy. Each pod has its own towel bar, hanger, strip light, and charging outlet with built-in USB port. Beds are NOT cramped and the safety locker comes with a secure lock opened by your key card. A fresh bottle of water is provided for each night of stay! Plus there's a towel and the linens can be replaced after 3 nights. And since I'm Asian and grew up wearing slippers around the house, the slippers they provide are a homey touch that's comfortable after a long day of walking AND helps keep the rooms clean! Showers (with hooks to hang stuff) and toilets are plentiful, there's complimentary shower gel and shampoo (no conditioner), there were two hair dryers as well, and paper towel by the sinks. This place is definitely worth your money! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
