    era un lugar agradable. piezas comodas,aunque me decepciono que mi pieza no tuviese bañera. utilice las distintas instalaciones, la piscina,sauna,jaccuzi,gimnasio y eran todas buenas. el restaurante era rico y la gente amable.

    Everything was amazing. Staff in the splash pool Dan and his team were fantastic. Sasha in the jungle restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel special. The luggage gentleman was a real gent. Staff made our trip amazing

    We have stayed before vising family locally. For the price and the breakfast alone it is good value. The Breakfast room overlooks a part of the zoo. As we were shown to our table the food was show, the cereal is over here and there are the giraffes. We were able to observe about 6 species of animals. Also the staff in the breakfast room are very attentive.

    Room was bigger than expected, our wanayama view was amazing, didn't realise there was entertainment on the evening for children so that was an added bonus. Early park entrance was great too

    Good sized room, with a really clean and spacious en suite. Nice wide corridor, the hotel appeared well insulated against noise from other guests. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again.
