    Somos una familia de España y no sabíamos el idioma,íbamos con niños y perdimos el avión ,llegamos tarde y muy cansados al hotel ,nos ayudaron mucho en el alojamiento allí ,súper amable el señor de recepción se preocupó mucho por todo ,hotel con mucho encanto ,limpio .Todo el personal muy agradable .En general,encantados .

    The staff are an absolute credit, they go above and beyond at every opportunity and they all have the same attitude, nothing is too much trouble and you feel completely looked after. Can’t recommend them enough it was an absolute delight to stay here

    Every member of staff I met, were friendly, happy and went out of their way to help. Massage by Stacey was fantastic. The pool although smallish was lovely and warm, Sauna was fab. Food was amazing. Price was brilliant. Building maybe a little tired in places but that made no difference to my stay. My thanks to Tracey, Mandy, Alex, Tom, Stacey, Mia and Martin plus others I didn’t get names of. You made my stay and are a credit to the hotel. I can’t wait to come back.

    The food was very good if a little limited. We enjoyed an excellent sandwich on arrival and the one dinner was tasty with good wine. The room was well equipped for a disabled person, spacious and comfortable. The garden was a delight and well maintained. Mind you, the days were warm and sunny. Quite why the garden furniture was placed where the sun would never shine is a mystery.

    I would say the only thing we liked was the location. It was booked for convenience for a wedding. The property looks pretty from the outside.. however as soon as you enter.... not happy at all with our stay.

    The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile. The breakfast was good. The bathroom had a very good walk in shower. The pool was nice but we had no time to use it.

    Quaint old building with history and interest. However, initial room offered was dark with only a small window overlooking the bins and trades facilities. The alternative overllooked the garden but was awfully noisy from passing traffice, all night. We had taken an executive double to upgrade on comforts, but the bed was disappointtedly soft and low to the ground.
