The hotel was a week old when we checked in. Scrupulously clean, great bathroom, modern and tasteful architecture with the best staff and security in the phillipines! So close to superb shopping and a stone's throw from the heart of Makati. Simply loved this hotel and will definitely return.

The staffs are polite. The place is clean. The location is accessible, few minutes away from power plant mall. Many instagramable spots.

1) It's close proximity to places you will eventually want to visit: Powerplant Mall, Century Mall as well as lots of restaurants, bars, hangout and chilling places, is very hard to beat. 2) It's very accessible by both jeepney (local transpo) and taxis. 3) EXCELLENT, very helpful and accommodating staff. 4) Soon the restaurant and the basement parking area will be operational. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. 5) Rooms are very clean, complete w/ the usual complimentary toiletries, sans slippers. Oh, you should experience the softness of their beds and pillows - absolutely first-rate. Make no illusion that this is a 5-star hotel coz it's not. However, the price range and topnotch service this hotel is offering, is just too good to pass up. They've just opened last 04 July and I'm definitely staying here next time I'll be in the Makati area.

A great place to be at an accessible location in the heart of Poblacion, Makati. The hotel lived up to its approach on a modern industrial interior. The staff was kind, courteous, and they also went out of their way to assist me. The room was also impeccably clean and comfortable. I also learned that it’s only been a week since they started service by the time I checked-in, making it reasonable for the current lack of room service, intercoms, and a few hotel essentials but that really didn’t hinder them from providing and ensuring a great stay for their guests. And as I said, it was an excellent state of the art hotel, truly recommendable to family and friends. I will also surely come back the next time I visit Manila.

The room was sparkling clean. It was minimalistic which is pleasing. It was relaxing to just stay in the bed or bathtub. ;)
