There was heavy rush during the breakfast and no one was properly attending. we found a lot of difficulties in getting the required food

Room was clean. and the hotel staff are friendly. bed and blanket are comfortable

This is a very well run hotel. Very new. 5 separate complex buildings Excellant pool .. spas Comfortable beds Shower is excellent Hairdryer. Breakfast has fruit, westernised buffet Coffee excellent Waffles, pancakes for breakfast. Lots of Indian tourists .. situated in Indian Section Very happy to stay here again

over all it was good, but during our stay we found construction going on and we had to went through under the scaffolding in the staircase area. unnecessary musical noise even we heard from 7th floor. Staff was really very good and always helpful. I wish in my next visit i will choose this hotel again because of their hospitality.

Location on edge of city so easy to get into city by taxi leaving car behind or to get out of city by car Staff all very helpful

Apart from 1 member of staff i found the rest of the staff not very helpful. Wifi went out for a day and i was kept being told that they would bring an engineer who didn't come for 2 days. I also found the security ridiculously lax. On my last night security buzzed a girl and her friend into my room while i was sleeping and 4 security guards couldn't get them to leave until i was physically assaulted by one of them. Not the last night of a holiday i was expecting.

El personal ni entiende ni habla inglés. Personal de recepción no cooperativo ni siquiera pudo proporcionar una sábana extra de cama. Hotel muy alejado de los principales lugares de interés.
