    Very clean and nice rooms with good staffs. Friendly and not the nosy type of service where they talk too much or ask too many. The interior deco was a surprise with a twist of a garden to its own!

    The bed was so comfy ! Spent really recovering nights thanks to this bed. Also, can't hear the noise from the street outside thanks to double glazing. Kudos for the bathroom as well that is big enough and with a separated wall for the shower (not in every hotel at this price). I also liked the helpful staff members who printed documents for me and answer all my questions :)

    The cleanliness of the room.... bedsheets, linen, toilet, kettle, the size and decor of the twin beds room, my maid loved the single queen size bed room, the counter staff was friendly and helpful, especially Riduan who helped book a Grab taxi for us when we could not get the usual taxi outside.

    The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Clean and comfortable environment. The room rates are good, but it is reasonable if the hotel add the facilities as my suggestions. Interesting location as it's close to public facilities.

    The staff looked after me very well. Nothing to do at night time And KL quite a journey. Pity the hotel is not located in the centre it would do great. But thanks to all the staff for making my visit so nice
