We were blown away by the experience they made us feel. From the the time we set foot, the hotel staff really offered the best assistance they could give us. From buggy service between hotels around COD, friendly reception from Ajay and Clyde at the Front Desk, Billy at the Concierge, Jun our personal butler and the entire housekeeping team and Brazziere breakfast staff and Bell boys, they were all awesome. Our room was 2118 and its located on the VIP area of Nuwa Hotel. You have your own personal butler who welcomed us with freshly made mango juice, cheesecake, and a bowl of fresh fruits. Our room was huge! Bathroom was grand! And the bed was super super comfy! And the airport shuttle service we book was fantastic! We have cold water bottles for our consumption. We felt like Royalties during our stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back.😊👍 -
