The location is perfect, just 3 minutes away from Ximen Station exit 3 or 4. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and thoughtful to even give us free wine and card for our anniversary. Fantastic service. The room was clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Always smiling and go out of their way to help. The room was very clean and lovely deco. Location was perfect. Right next next to Ximen Station exit 3 and across the road is Ximending markets and the Red House. Really convenient to get around Taipei. Loved the fact that the hotel had washing machine and dryers we could use free of charge during our stay. As well as free biscuits, coffe, tea, hot chocolate and ice lemon tea at the pantry. Our 2nd time staying at Cityinn Hotel plus and will definitely stay again!

The staffs are very friendly and always smile. The location is very convenience to Ximending (2 to 3 minutes walk) and MRT station is just in front of the hotel! I always stay this hotel whenever i come Taipei.

Helpful and extremely pleasant staff. Location couldn’t be better, subway opposite hotel. Room small but compact and clean. Great hotel.

Excellent value for money. Minimalistic decor and very functional use of space even though square footage was small. Comfortable beddings. Free use of laundry facilities and instant iced tea and snacks available. Awesome location just a few steps away from the Ximen mrt. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.

The staff in the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. They provided great information around the Ximending area and are always willing to share about what to eat around the area. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and water. They have laundry area and resting area too. They upgraded me to a family room and the room is really comfortable and big. I will definitely consider bringing family to stay here if I visit Taipei next time!

The staff were v friendly and helpful. They remember all the guests staying in the hotel and our rooms. If they see you in the lobby in the morning, they will approach you and asked if you would like to have you bedroom clean up. There’s a lift in the hotel which bring you too all level. The seating area in the basement and you can even do your laundry for free.
