    El personal muy amable. La comida muy buena. Buena relacion calidad precio. Buena ubicacion cerca del parque Rizal, intramuros y del centro comercial Robinson Place.

    The location was perfect as this was the hotel where the bus met us the following morning so this is why we booked it. Upon arrival the reception staff weren’t overly pleasant or helpful. We asked about printing our tickets for the tour the next day to which the young lady said we could use the business centre. After obtaining our key and going to change for dinner we came back downstairs and asked the young gentleman behind reception where the business centre was as we needed to print documents to which he politely responded the printer is broken. He then offered to print the documents for me which was my initial request upon arrival to the email other receptionist. Had it not been for him my rating would have been a lot lower as the room wasn’t nice but the hotel foyer was amazing. Maybe need to invest in making the rooms more appealing instead of a lavish foyer.

    Good hotel as always. Needed new mattress but apart from that it’s always a good place to stay with good staff.

    Always have a good stay at this hotel. Bed was a little to bouncy and only one elevator working made a long wait to get up or down to room or lobby. But normally not a problem

    I like the attitude and assistance of the staff and even the manager of the hotel. they are very accommodating and patient with us. the service and communication is beyond the usual. this is one of the best Hotel in town to be with.
