    Este hotel lo prefería siempre antes de cualquier hotel en pleno centro de Londres - antes del Hilton, Melia etc. Tiene un bar /restaurante frecuentado por gente local. Cerca existe oferta de pubs buenos. Estás viviendo en una zona residencial pero con mucha vida y sin saturación de turismo.

    Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff, and very good quality meals. Very good value. Adjacent to Elizabeth Gate entrance to Kew Gardens, and conveniently located to central London by tube or rail. We were particularly impressed when within a couple of hours after our departure, we received a phone call from the hotel to say we had left an article behind and that they would post it on. We received the item within a week.

    We went to Kew Gardens for a day trip and the hotel was exceptionally well placed for a visit there. With parking.

    We were return guests at this hotel. The room this time was at the rear and much roomier than our previous visit. It was quiet and has good food in the restaurant. A very good place which served our purpose of being relatively close to Heathrow for catching a flight. Staff were very helpful.

    Both exactly right. Food good and we were staying for a wedding at Cambridge Cottage in Kew Gardens just a short walk away. Hotel staff all very pleasant,bed comfortable and room was just as we expected.
