    What impressed me most was the helpful receptionist. She showed me how to download the Uber app and schedule a ride to a meeting down town. Because I live in a small rural town and had just received an iphone from my daughter, I was a little unsure how to download the Uber app as I do not need it where I live. She wasn't condescending when I explained that I was new to the iphone, but patiently helped me. She went out of her way to help me, and boosted my confidence regarding using my iphone and different apps.
