    The breakfast was average. The fresh salad were looking a bit dry and not fresh, like they had been kept in the fridge without covering. The french bread was dry. There was not as much selection as other hotels we stayed in in Vietnam.

    Breakfast: My group needs to check out early in the morning and the hotel gave us a packed breakfast so that we can eat at the airport:). Food: all halal food. Room with qiblah direction & prayer mat. The restroom is nice. Good preparation for fire ( I notice that something like a mask to avoid suffocating in smoke in my cupboard).

    The bed was comfortable and the room was always clean each time we come back. Although we didn’t managed to meet Mr.Lucas, he was helpful pre and during our travel in Hanoi.

    The family room was good size, bed was quite comfortable. Cleanliness is just average. The hotel is walking distance to train station. Not much of eateries around the corner. Food from the hotel's restaurant was okay, mostly adapted from Malaysian-Singaporean food

    Good location especially to those traveling by train. Has superb halal restaurant serving tasty Malaysian and Singaporean dishes. Good restaurant service.
