    Todo. El hotel está muy bien situado, las habitaciones, aunque no son muy grandes, tienen de todo. Todo súper limpio, el personal muy amable y el desayuno espectacular.

    Everything from check in to check out was fantastic! The front desk receptionists were all very helpful and friendly. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone to greet us and get us settled. Breakfast was delicious with lovely service. The room was very clean, extremely comfortable and had all the little amenities to make our stay easy. I fell under the weather and the server at the restaurant put together a little to go box of foods that would be good. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to London.

    Excellent quality of furnishing in the bedroom and ensuite. Good lighting and dimmer switches. Mini bar included although I didn’t use. Good large television, Nespresso machine, fresh milk in the fridge - nice touch, large comfortable bed and linen. It was quiet in the room I was in, the breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast choice was great.

    Fabulously comfortable room in a charming old building. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, even calling us a day before to check whether there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The air conditioning in the room was efficient and quiet. The adjoining pub had a nice range of beers and tasty food.

    ROOM WAS LARGER THAN EXPECTED, LOCATION WAS GREAT. AND HAVING THE PUB DOWNSTAIRS WAS SUPER CONVENIENT. ROOM WAS SUPER STYLISH AND FELT REALLY LUXURIOUS.

    Although the rooms were above a (rather loud) pub, there was no noise at all. The staff were all lovely, very welcoming. The room I stayed in, Helm was huge! Easily one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in London at this price.

    The room was awesome. An (electric) log burner was a nice touch. TV was good. The drinks in the mini-bar were complimentary. Tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolate powder provided. A speaker next to the bed so you can listen to music. Excellent range of toiletries in the bathroom. Shower was good. Breakfast was very good. Staff were really friendly.

    Perfect bolt hole when in town. The room was very well equipped including the things you may forget like toothbrush and the complimentary beers went down a treat. Definitely coming back soon!
