    Excelente ubicación, buen desayuno aunque se paga aparte así como el estacionamiento pagado pero muy cómodo, frente al hotel.

    Quick check in and friendly reception staff who dealt with us. We were early but they found us a room and allowed early check in.

    I arrived the hotel at early morning, but was told by the staff that I could check in right away, which is better than I expected. Can view the buildings around back bay Boston from the room and nearby you can have breakfast places like Panera bread etc.

    The staff, with a special thanks to Gracie on reception who looked after my wife with food and drinks as i was ill in bed all day, which was no fault of the hotel, many thanks for your kind help.

    Perfect location to explore boston, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and how to get around. We were a 5min walk from the underground tram station, Boylston, used this station to get around everywhere we wanted to go.Cheers bar is a 10 walk across Boston common park, lots of eating places to get to within 10 min walk, rooms were spacious and modern, beds made up everyday of our 4 night stay, very clean, shower is great, always hot, they have a little shop in the lobby if you 4get to pick anything up whilst your out, quite handy
